You can configure the fields (e.g. billing name, billing phone number etc.) you require when adding a credit card to to a patient/client profile in Noterro. These fields will need to match when validating a credit card. You will need to configure this in your Bambora account.
- Login to your Bambora account. https://web.na.bambora.com/admin/td_sdefault.asp
- Click Configuration.
- Click Payment Profile Webform.
- Under the Form Setup heading uncheck all the boxes. By doing this only the credit card number, expiry date and CVV will be required when adding a credit card to a patient profile in your Noterro account.
- Click Update at the bottom of the page.
