You can print a patient's financial summary or financial details, or email the patient's financial summary or financial details by date range. There are two ways to access the Financial Summary.
Method One:
- Click on the Patient's name
- Click on the Three Dots in the top right screen
- Click on Financial Summary
- Enter the Patient's Name
- Select the Date Range (top right)
- Click on the Three Dots in the top right screen
- Click the Print/Email Financial Summary or Print/Email Financial Details
- Click the Print or Email
Method Two:
- Click on the Report icon (under the Money icon) in the left navigation
- Click on Patient Financial Summary
- Enter the Patient's Name
- Select the Date Range (top right)
- Click on the Three Dots in the top right screen
- Click the Print/Email Financial Summary or Print/Email Financial Details
- Click the Print or Email

Not sure what i'm doing wrong, but when I try to print up a statement for a patient, it reverts back to the current date range when I hit print???
Tammy,
We are aware of this problem and we will have it resolved. We we also be adding the option to print all the invoices within a date range.
Thanks
Is there a way to email the summary to them, rather than printing?
Thanks
Lienne, there is not, but leave it with us!
Email option just released!
Did the financial summary option change? I went to go email my clients' range invoice and I can't seem to find the money symbol - not on the dashboard or by the patients' name.
Darla,
Make sure you are logged in as an admin and not a practitioner.
Than you
Got it.
Also, is there a way to send patients one statement with a history of their appointments within a certain date range, that includes the treatment type, date, payment method, practitioner.
Example:
60 min RMT Tx Jan 1 $100 pd cash
60 min RMT Tx Jan 10 $100 pd VISA
45 minute RMT Tx Feb 2 $45 pd cash
Hope this makes sense..
Darla,
You could print to pdf the financial summary and then email the pdf document. I have attached a link on how to print to pdf. I have also passed on the suggestion to Email Financial Summary to our product team (as an option).

I'm trying to print out a patient financial summary, it has all of the details I need however, there is no way to get them in chronological order. When I click "invoices" it orders them by the first digit of the invoice and not actually increasing by number (e.g. 185, 271, 297, 349, 36, 411, 467, 48, 502, 54, 609...etc). When I click "date" it orders them by alphabetical order (April, August, December, July, March, May...etc). Is there a way to get them in chronological order?
