Managing the status of Patient appointments is critical for maintaining an organized and efficient schedule. Our system allows you to mark an appointment status as 'Arrived' or 'No Show.' Follow these steps to update the status of your appointments.
- Log in as Admin/Practitioner
- Click the Calendar Icon
- Click on the Appointment
- Mark Arrived if the client or Patient has arrived for their appointment.
- Select No Show if the Patient is absent from their appointment.
Important Note: Ensure you update the status promptly to keep the schedule accurate and current. By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and track your Patient's attendance, ensuring the smooth operation of your scheduling system.
