You can control whether Voice or SMS reminders are enabled or disabled by default on newly booked appointments. This streamlines your booking process by avoiding updating these reminder statuses each time you book an appointment. Remember that you can still toggle the status of Voice and SMS reminders on individual appointments.
Enabling & Disabling Voice and SMS Reminders
- Log in to Admin.
- Click on the Gear Icon (top right header).
- Click on Templates.
- Scroll down to Patient Notifications.
- Find Reminders under the Appointment section and click on Text Message.
- Deselect Reminder is enabled button.
- Click Save.
- Click Voice Message.
- Deselect Reminder is enabled button.
- Click Save.
Important Note: This doesn't change the status of Voice or SMS reminders for preexisting appointments.
