Can't paste my policy into the text box. Short of re-writing the extensive consent form how am I supposed to get the policy in there?

Helen, you should be able to copy/paste into it?

If you ever have problems like this is the future, let us know and we can usually figure out a solution.

I am having the same problem. I have several forms for my patients to sign before I see them, which I have as Word docs. Trying to copy and paste into the form template, and it's forcing me to use other formatting. Very frustrating.

Hi Terri, we can help you import your document.  Please email it to support@soapvault.com and we'll give you a hand!

For those having an issue with the copy and paste feature, here is how I was able to do it.  I copied from the original file, went to the form template and clicked in the form field.  I then went to the browser edit tab and clicked paste.  It entered in my text I wanted now all I need to do is enter in the formatting fields!
