Important: Logos must be one of the supported image files (jpg, gif or png), less than 3MB in file size. Images will be resized automatically, retaining their aspect ratio, however the ideal size of the image is 300px wide by 150px high. The ideal logo is a transparent .png.
Is there any way to change the size of the logo to incorporate a larger logo? When printed out it looks too small and unprofessional looking ...

I am having the same issue... I upload a new logo and the old one keeps appearing although I've deleted it many, many times. ugh
It sounds like your browser is displaying a cached image, can you try holding Shift and pressing Refresh?
Went to update logo... endless spinner for upload.
Tried different browsers, deleting previous logo, different file types and names, refreshing, log out, essentially everything. Now I don't have any logo.
