    Appointments show up on my iOS calendar an hour earlier! Where is the option for me to contact a member of the support team? This system claims to be mobile friendly but that hasn't really been my experience.

    Kati, if the your calendar is off by an hour, you likely have an incorrect timezone set on your computer or within your SOAP Vault account. We're happy to help, just email us at support@soapvault.com.

    I've tried several times to merge my google calendar to my soap calendar.  I have followed the steps and was looking to get all my appointments transferred so I can just use one.  Can you please help me with this issue or does it not merge at all.

    Teri,

    Google Calendar can have up to a 24-hour delay to retrieve updates.  Our end is instant, but Google Calendar only checks for updates periodically.

    My patients and I cannot access my booking button and intake form from their smart phone when they go to my website. I can only see the buttons when I sign in on my laptop. Also, I have followed the instructions to sync my calendar and it does not work. I need some help....I have already changed my voicemail to tell my patients to book online.

    I haven't synched my google calendar with my soapvault yet. I've been using google calendar for years and not soapvault, will syching the calendars erase my past appointments or only synch everything moving forward?

    Jodie, syncing your calendar will not change or erase any data.  It's simply for viewing your calendar on other devices / programs.

    Is there a way to sync the google calendar to SoapVault (or is there an update coming for this?) to show events from the google calendar on the soap vault calendar?

    Apparently I need help setting up sync my calendar with Google calendar. I'm only showing 1 appointment come over from soap vault. Are there any instructional videos on this subject. Someone please help

    It looks like Google increased the time it takes to re-sync the calendar. On their Calendar Help page it has changed from "every few hours" to "up to 8 hours" and now to "up to 12 hours."

    If it is still not syncing, I would suggest you remove the SOAP Vault calendar and add it back.

    Thank you, Nick. I have waited the time Google stated above. And tried multiple times. I am not sure why it isn't syncing. Any more information would be great.

    The only other suggestion is to remove the subscribed Noterro calendar from your Google calendar and add it back in.
