Google Calendar
View your appointments, and breaks within Google Calendar by connecting Noterro to Google. New connections will display all future events from your Noterro calendar as well as historical ones (max 30 days ago). You will be able to edit Noterro events in your Google calendar, but the edit will not be reflected in Noterro. This is a one-way sync from Noterro only.
- Log in as a Practitioner
- Click your Profile Picture or Initials in the top right header
- Click Calendar
- Click Connect to Google
- Sign in to your Google Account
- Click Allow
Not using Google Calendar?
Calendar apps like Apple Calendar and Microsoft Outlook also have the ability to display your Noterro Calendar appointments, group bookings, and breaks. Generate a link to view your appointments in your preferred calendar app.
The external calendar is a one-way sync, so you will be able to see your appointments in your external calendar, you will need to login to Noterro to update your calendar.
Step 1: Enable your external calendar
- Login as a Practitioner
- Click your Profile Picture or Initials in the top right header
- Click Calendar
- Click Copy Link
- Once "Enable External Calendar" is checked, you will be generated an external calendar feed URL.

This link should be kept private. If you suspect that your link has been exposed, it is recommended that you Generate New Link for your calendars. This way your calendar data stays private. You can also Delete the link.
Step 2: Connecting to your external calendar
Each external calendar program is slightly different. Please follow the link below for the steps to subscribe to your Noterro calendar.

Appointments show up on my iOS calendar an hour earlier! Where is the option for me to contact a member of the support team? This system claims to be mobile friendly but that hasn't really been my experience.
Kati, if the your calendar is off by an hour, you likely have an incorrect timezone set on your computer or within your SOAP Vault account. We're happy to help, just email us at support@soapvault.com.

how do I log in as practitioner?
I cannot get my google calendar to connect with my soap vault calendar.

I've tried several times to merge my google calendar to my soap calendar. I have followed the steps and was looking to get all my appointments transferred so I can just use one. Can you please help me with this issue or does it not merge at all.

Google Calendar can have up to a 24-hour delay to retrieve updates. Our end is instant, but Google Calendar only checks for updates periodically.
My patients and I cannot access my booking button and intake form from their smart phone when they go to my website. I can only see the buttons when I sign in on my laptop. Also, I have followed the instructions to sync my calendar and it does not work. I need some help....I have already changed my voicemail to tell my patients to book online.

I haven't synched my google calendar with my soapvault yet. I've been using google calendar for years and not soapvault, will syching the calendars erase my past appointments or only synch everything moving forward?

Jodie, syncing your calendar will not change or erase any data. It's simply for viewing your calendar on other devices / programs.
Do you have plans to create two way sync?
There are no immediate plans to develop two way sync but we may do it in the future.

I am also looking for update on 2 way syncing. The appointment book does me no good if I can only read it on google.

Is there a way to sync the google calendar to SoapVault (or is there an update coming for this?) to show events from the google calendar on the soap vault calendar?
Apparently I need help setting up sync my calendar with Google calendar. I'm only showing 1 appointment come over from soap vault. Are there any instructional videos on this subject. Someone please help

It looks like Google increased the time it takes to re-sync the calendar. On their Calendar Help page it has changed from "every few hours" to "up to 8 hours" and now to "up to 12 hours."
If it is still not syncing, I would suggest you remove the SOAP Vault calendar and add it back.

My noterra calenter and Google calender aren't syncing together either.

Thank you, Nick. I have waited the time Google stated above. And tried multiple times. I am not sure why it isn't syncing. Any more information would be great.

The only other suggestion is to remove the subscribed Noterro calendar from your Google calendar and add it back in.
