Does every single day's availability/hours need to be input individually?

Yes, currently we don't have support for recurring availabilities but that is something which is coming as a future feature.

I look forward to the recurring availabilities!

I would also really like this feature as I am adding more and more practitioners to my clinic and it is very time consuming.

The initial question was posed 6 months ago and still there is no solution. I think it is ridiculous to expect people to enter every single day individually. Some of us book appointments months out. I can't imagine paying for a service that actually makes my life more difficult. Let me know if you ever resolve this issue.

Exactly what Anika said... I have patients that book 3 months in advance... this is horrifically time consuming....

I have a client that I book at the same time weekly so recurring appointments would be EXTREMELY beneficial.

when is this coming? I book three months in advance at least, is there not a copy and paste option?

Do you still have to add availability every single day? How would patients book online unless I go through the entire year opening each available slot? Is this serious? Even free scheduling sites like Docmein have this feature. Am I missing something here? I'm definitely cancelling my subscription if I have to open availability manually every single day.

You have to create an availability in order for your patients to see what hours you are available. If your hours are consistent from week to week, you set up your calendar once. For example, if you work 8:00am-4:00pm on Monday you would add that availability and repeat it for 52 weeks. Your Monday schedule is now setup upper the year. I hope this explains your concern.

I set up availability. I still see hours i am not available on the screen.
What is the setting to ciew only the available hours?
Still unable to add repeating schedules. Kinda long term issue.

How about a discount in monthly fees??

Having a terrible time setting availability for days and times.... not very user friendly. And yes.... I've went through the videos, and set up the calendar and it's not saving the information consistently.

what a terrible set up...completely not user friendly. I just came from Acuity Scheduling. Try to copy their Availability scheduling. MUCH better than this mess.

Any news regarding this? This is the only reason I haven't fully transferred my appointments to Noterro. Currently using the ancient standby Appointment.com that can do this.
