    My session length varies depending upon the service (ART, Massage Therapy, etc.) Definitely need to expand the options presented to the patient when they are requesting an appointment. Any plans for this?

    anyway to set up the schedule so that you can set the month automatically, instead of having to set up each day individually?

    Would be nice to set up days/hours available in one location instead of having to do it daily. Not sure I can really utilize the online calendar with the time it take to constantly be working it. Very frustrating when most of my clients like to use online scheduling. There also needs to be option of service and amount of session time requested for the client.

    The rest of the program is great but the scheduling aspect makes it impossible to know what type of service my client is even booking. It may work if your booking for them but for clients to book themselves you would be kind of blindsided when they came in as to what they are there for. KInda disappointed :(

    We're releasing a significant improvement to the booking system tomorrow (Jan 12th, 2016) which resolves these issues. Patients will book for specific services.

    Is it possible to set up individual schedules for each therapist in the clinic? We have multiple therapists sharing rooms and need to be able to have clients choose a specific therapist.

    I want to control how far out a client can book and I want to review it before its booked. in case I have just booked someone in person and it hasn't made it to the calendar and I want online booking only available 4 hours out from times requested

    Hi Heather, at this time if there is an availability in the future (regardless of how far out it is), it will be able to be booked, without review. However you're notified and can cancel it at any time. Also, if it's a new patient, you must accept them into your clinic.

    I'm using FullSlate now because I can edit my availability through the calendar year or longer rather than manually blocking out time weekly. Will SOAP Vault offer this feature in the future? 
    Another feature I need in a scheduling system is accepting payments at the time clients book and taking credit card information when they book. Is this possible with SoapVault?

    We recently reviewed this feature and we were not going to change it.  If you have a better solution or an example of one we would be happy to review it.

    Editing hours displayed on your Online Booking pages is done on the Branding page.  The actual availability for booking is done via the calendar.

    Online booking allowed a client to schedule an appointment without leaving any time between his appointment and the next. What do I need to do to ensure I have time between clients?

    Thank you for your email reply to my online booking question. The link was not helpful. I did set up appointments at 30 minute increments. However, Online booking does not appear to leave a buffering space between appointments. If a client schedules from 2:00-3:00, the next available appointment is at 3:00. Why is this happening? How can I fix it so I have time between clients?

    Is there a way to accept a request for booking first and send the intake form before they can confirm the appointment?

    When someone books online for the first time you have to accept them into your clinic, and optionally you can send them an intake form.  You can also decline the booking and the patient.  They would appear on your dashboard under the Online Patient/Client Registration section.

    due to covid 19 I have changed my availability... the booking times are set. the increment times shouldn't apply, because of my set booking availability, is this correct?

    Petra,

    He online booking increments are independent of you availability.  They also can be adjusted in the settings by click on Online Booking under the Calendar section,
