On April 24th, 2018, we separated Clinical notes from Receipts. For financial activity which occurred before this date, please follow these steps.
- Log in as Admin
- Click on the Report icon in the header (to the right of the Dollar Sign icon)
- Under the Other heading, click on Finances (legacy report)
Some of my schedules appointments are not showing up in my finances. What may be causing this to happen?
It was much better before to print financial report at the end of the month. What did happen to it now?
If a therapist accidentally double issues a receipt how do you delete one?
I agree with Lana. Before we could export the monthly finance report to spreadsheet and reconcile what treatments were paid by insurance companies or other methods. I find this confusing. Please get us a better system of go back to at least the prior report.
