Within the calendar, you can setup a Patient's/Client's appointment to repeat. When you add a repeating Appointment, you will have the option of repeating it Weekly.
Once you create a repeating Appointment, you will be able to quickly identify it with the repeating icon .
When you edit or delete a repeating Appointment, you will have the choice of just affecting the single Appointment selected, or the entire series of Appointments connected.
- Click on the desired time of the appointment
- Select the Patient/Client and the Service
- Click 'Repeat Appointment'
