Registering a new Patient into the system allows for managing their information, appointments, and scheduling.
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click Patients in the main navigation.
- Click Add Patient.
- Fill in the appropriate information.
- Optionally, if you've entered an email address, you can invite them as users, giving them access to the Patient Portal.
- Click Add Patient.

For clients who are not "tech-savvy", is there a blank SOAP Vault intake form we can print out for them to fill out in paper form, and then we enter in to a digital version afterwards?
