Enabling Web Portal Features

Within your Web Portal & App, you can enable certain features to enhance the Patient experience. You can also preview the online booking experience from the Patient perspective. To enable or disable specific features, follow these steps:

Web Portal & App Features

1. Log in as the Admin.
2. Click on the Gear icon (top right header).
3. Select Web Portal & App.
4. Scroll to the Features section.
5. Check the Features you want to enable, such as Online Booking, Forms, Multi-Language, Waitlist, Clinical Notes, Invoices & Receipts, and Help Articles.
6. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
