How can I tell how many SMS messages I'm consuming?

SMS messaging is billed on a per message segment basis.  You can see how many message segments are being consumed by reviewing a recent SMS message from a Patient's Profile.

1. Go to a Patient Profile.
2. Click Notification Logs.
3. Click a recent SMS message, the number of segments consumed is displayed.

If you're consuming more than 1 segment, and would like to consume less, consider changing the content of your Text Message Reminder Notification.
