Submitting Claims Through Office Ally or Trizetto

Noterro is not directly integrated with Office Ally or Trizetto.  However, you can submit claims by downloading an EDI file from the invoice in Noterro, logging into the Office Ally or Trizetto portal, and uploading the EDI file for processing.

To make sure claims will process successfully you should make sure all the required values for submitting a claim have been stored in Noterro.  You should reference Generate a HCFA 1500/CMS-1500 Claim Form support article before trying to download the EDI file.

Setup

1. Log in as the Admin
2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right header
3. Click on Insurance
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and under the Clearinghouse section select Office Ally or Trizetto
5. Click Save

Downloading an EDI file from an Invoice

You will need to add a claim to an invoice before you can download the EDI file. You should reference Add a Claim to an Invoice support article before trying to download the EDI file.

1. Click on the Invoice
2. Scroll to the Insurance section
3. Click Generate EDI
4. Upload the file to Office Ally or Trizetto

Once you receive the Explanation of Benefits (EOB), you should reference Applying a Payment to Claims from an Insurer support article.
