Phone Confirmation Option

If the phone reminder goes to a voicemail box, the confirmation commands will not work. The voicemail box has its own set of commands.  The confirmation will only work if they answer the phone.

If you run a self-test, you will see the thumbs-up icon indicating it was successfully confirmed.
