When you're ready to upgrade from Classic Online Booking to the Web Portal & App, you will want any remaining traffic going to your Classic Online Booking pages to instead be redirected to your Portal. This is helpful, especially for patients who may have bookmarked your Classic Online Booking pages, website links, social media account links and search engines.
To forward traffic from Classic Online Booking to your Portal, just follow these steps:
- Enable the Portal.
- Disable Classic Online Booking.
While your Web Portal is enabled, and your Classic Online Booking is disabled, then all traffic sent to your Classic Online Booking will be redirected to your Web Portal automatically.
