You can manage individual Agreement Templates. Agreement templates can be used anytime you would need a patient/client to agree to a policy (eg. Privacy Policy), or a procedure (eg. Consent To Treatment). These templates can also include variables like the Patient's First Name and Patient's Last Name. When creating a new Agreement Template, you can specify the Title, Body, Signature Requirement, and if the Agreement needs to be viewed. To add a new Agreement Template, follow these steps.
- Click on the Gear icon (top right header)
- Click on Templates
- Click on Forms
- Click on Agreements
- Click Add New
- Complete the Form and click Save
