In some situations, you may prefer to disallow specific patients to book appointments. To do this, follow these steps:
- Login as the Admin or a practitioner with permission to Edit Patients.
- Click on the Patient's/Client's name
- Click Edit.
- Change switch to Online Booking Displayed
- Click Save.
This will stop the patient from booking future appointments. You can still book them appointments as an Admin or Practitioner. Please note that this does not stop the user from creating a new account and trying to book under a different email address.

When I go to the client's profile page it does not show " Allow Online Booking". I have added an alert to the acct but would like to be able to prevent this person from being able to book online.

Click on the client's name, then click on then Edit button (top right). Uncheck the button 'Allow Online Booking'.

Is it possible to force all online booking to be block bookings?
I dont want my appts with large dpaces between i only want to offer block booking - appts booked together rather than breaks in between
Christy, you can increase your Online Booking Increments to a larger value (eg: 60 minutes) which would only allow patients to book every 60 minutes. You could go one step further and only offer one Availability per day segment (morning, evening, afternoon) to force back-to-back appointments.
Is it possible to disable new patients from booking online, only allowing all existing clients to book? Thank you!

We do not have that feature but it is on our product backlog of approved features. I do not have a timeframe when that will be completed.
