Upload Files into a Patient/Client Profile

File uploads are available as an add-on.  If you have this add-on enabled, you can follow the steps below to upload files.

  1. Click on a Patient's/Client's name.
  2. Click the Uploads
  3. Click Upload.
  4. You can drag-and-drop multiple files from your computer, or select one at a time.
  5. The upload will begin immediately.  Do not navigate away from the page while the upload is in progress.
  6. If the file uploaded is large, it may take a few seconds to complete saving after the upload is complete.

Note: If you disable the File Uploads add-on after you have uploaded files, you will still have access to the previously uploaded files.

The inability to view uploads without downloading is a total drag.  I hope this gets remedied in the near future.

For the file upload add-on, it states a maximum of 5 GB. Is that the most you can upload per month, at one time or max total storage?

Bob, 5GB of storage is the total storage.  Storage is unlimited, it's just that it's available in blocks of 5GB for $3/month.

So if I wanted say 10GB of storage, it would be $6 per month?
