You will need to create a package or membership template before you can add or sell a package or membership to a client.
Add a Package or Membership directly from the Patient/Client Profile.
- Client on the Person's Name
- Click on Packages & Memberships in the sidebar
- Click Add Pass
- Select Package or Membership
- Click Purchase
*If you select Packages, it will need to be paid before it can be redeemed. If you select Membership, it can be manually or automatically processed. It will also need to be paid before it can be redeemed.
Add a Package to an Invoice
- Create an Invoice
- In the Add Product or Service box type in the Package Name
- Complete Payment so the Package can be redeemed
