You will need to create a Package or Membership template before you can add it to a patient/client profile. Memberships allow you to set up recurring payments. You set the schedule of those payments, which can be processed automatically or manually. Packages allow you to sell a set of services, usually at a reduced rate, in advance.
Creating Membership/Package Templates
- Log in as the Admin
- Click on the Gear icon in the top right header
- Click on Templates
- Scroll to the Package & Membership section
- Click Add New
- Select either Package or Membership
- Complete the Form
- Click Save
