Sharing Clinical Notes with Patients/Clients in the Portal

You may need to share specific notes with a patient/client. Administrators can safely share notes in the Web Portal. Finalized notes need to be selected and explicitly shared on the portal.  There is intentionally no bulk action to share notes.  Within the Web Portal & App settings, you must have the portal enabled, the Clinical Notes feature enabled and explicitly enable individual finalized notes as "Share on Web Portal".

Share Finalized Notes

1. Ensure the Web Portal & App is enabled
2. Ensure the Note Sharing feature of the portal is enabled
3. Click on a Patient's/Client's name
4. Click on Clinical Notes in the Sidebar
5. Click on a Finalized note
6. In the sidebar, Toggle on Share on Web Portal
