When you add an appointment to your calendar and click Book & Email, patients/clients can click on the attachment to conveniently add it to their calendar. The email notification displays the correct time, however, when they add the appointment to their Google calendar, the time is incorrect.
The most likely reason is that your client's Google calendar is set to the incorrect time zone. If a patient/client with a Gmail address complains that they received a confirmation or reminder email with an incorrect start time, this is most likely due to a Google calendar.
If the patient/client looks at the actual email, they will see that the appointment time was correct and in the correct time zone.
Your patient/client can set their Google calendar to the correct time zone by following these instructions.
